General Program Rules
- Points have no cash value
- Points may not be transferred between members
- Rewards cannot be combined with certain promotions or discounts
- ALIVE reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time
- Abuse of the program may result in account suspension or removal
- Points can only be applied to new purchases. Points can be applied to new memberships or renewals but not existing membership monthly charges
- Certain premium services or packages may be excluded
- Rewards cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases
- One reward redemption per transaction
- Referrals must be new clients only
- No-show or late cancellation appointments do not earn points
